At Ignite Karate we help children grow in body, mind, and spirit!  

Our Spring Quarter Theme is:

GOAL-SETTING

You can find related parables and downloadable worksheets here to help students reflect on these important virtues and themes, for how to apply them both in their karate training, and throughout their lives.  

Students, please bring completed worksheets to share in class as we will be discussing these themes throughout the quarter.  We love to see and hear your ideas!
