Karate Basics
A fun and exciting introduction to karate. Perfect for new or beginning karate students!
We will cover basic blocks, kicks, strikes, and punches, while playing games and having fun! At the end of this session, students will earn their first karate belt.
Level: no belt through blue belt
Weekly Schedule:
-Tu 12:30 pm CT- 1:00 pm CT
-W 4:45 pm CT - 5:15 pm CT
-F 2:15 pm CT - 2:45pm CT
Ages 4-12, max class size: 10 students
Cost: $70/month; siblings 1/3 off, includes up to 2 classes/week
Intermediate Karate
We expand on our basic karate stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks, while paying games and having fun!
Level: blue belt through brown belt
Weekly Schedule:
-Tu 1:15 pm CT- 1:45 pm CT
-W 5:30 pm CT - 6:00 pm CT
-F 1:30 pm CT - 2:00 pm CT
